Is Somnee safe to use with sleep medication?Updated 2 months ago

We have customers who use common over-the-counter sleep medications while also using Somnee. We have not seen any contraindications, but individual cases can be different. We highly recommend you consult your primary care provider/physician before using the Somnee headband.

Note: Peer-reviewed research has found Somnee is, on average, 4x more effective than melatonin and 1.5x more effective than sleeping pills like Ambien.
