I haven't received my electrodes shipment / I need more.Updated 2 months ago

Electrodes are provided regularly, free of charge as part of your Somnee Membership. Electrodes shipments are based on usage, so if you haven't used your Somnee in a while, that may be why electrodes haven't shipped yet.

If you need more electrodes, you can request them in the app. From the app homescreen, click on the "Profile Icon" in the upper right corner. Scroll down to "Support," click "Request electrodes," then click "Request" on the pop-up to confirm.  Or, email us directly at [email protected]
