We do not advise changing the email associated with your account, as your personalized neurostimulation and sleep data is directly tied to your email address. If you no longer have access to that email and must have it changed, please reach out to us

Can I share my membership with a family member?
No, your headband and membership cannot be shared, as they store all your unique EEG-based learnings and personalization for improved neurostimulation. Since this data is specific to your brain, the sessions won’t be tailored to someone else’s unique
