My stim session seemed shorter than normal.Updated 2 months ago

If your session was shorter than normal, a few things might have happened. 

1. Stimulation may have been interrupted by losing contact with electrodes.
In your next session, make sure your forehead, electrodes, and EEG sensors are clean and lay flat against your skin. Additionally, make sure your headband is snug, but comfortable. 

2. Stimulation may have been interrupted by accidental button press on the Somnee.
Make sure you fully close out of the app and relaunch it for your next session. (Or for your top-up session, which will become available 2 hours after you complete your initial session.)

3. You may have the 'Daytime Sleeper Mode' setting turned on. 
Please open the app and click on the headband icon in the upper left corner. Scroll down to confirm 'Daytime Sleeper Mode' is turned off. (This mode is specifically for Somnee users who work at night or irregular schedules, and rest/sleep during the day.)
