It's uncomfortable to sleep withUpdated a month ago

If you're having trouble getting comfortable with Somnee, we hear you. Most of us aren't used to sleeping with devices on our head, and it can take some time adjusting to the sensation.

If you're experiencing discomfort, here are a few suggestions to try:

  1. Adjust your headband: You want your Somnee headband to feel snug, but not uncomfortable. You should be able to slide one finger in between the headband and your forehead. 
  2. Angle the headband around your head: You may find that shifting the back of the headband further up or down around the back of your head feels more comfortable. Experiment to find your comfort sweet spot!

*If you prefer, you can remove the headband after your stimulation session and place it on the charger. You do not have to wear it overnight, and still get the full benefit of the continued personalized stimulation.
