I was given Somnee as a gift, how do I start using my Somnee?Updated a month ago

Congratulations, we're thrilled to have you as part of the Somnee Sleep community. if you've been gifted Somnee, there's a few steps you'll need to take to activate your account and get started.

If you were gifted the Somnee Smart Sleep Bundle by someone in your household, your Somnee should already be on route. Once it arrives, you'll need to 'purchase' your membership:

  1. You should have received a Somnee gift card, forwarded to you by your gifter.
  2. Click the link in the email or go to our Somnee Membership page: https://somneesleep.com/products/smart-sleep-service-membership
  3. Add the annual membership to your cart
  4. Checkout using the gift card code in the email (We will ask for card information to keep on file, but you will not be charged until renewal)
  5. Your Somnee will arrive in 5-10 days! In the meantime, download the app and activate your account with the email you used during checkout to explore the app and get ready for your journey to more restorative rest.

If you were gifted the Somnee Sleep Bundle by someone outside your household, you'll need to enter your information for delivery and complete your membership 'purchase.'

  1. You should have received a Somnee gift card either directly from our team, or forwarded to you by your gifter.
  2. Click the link in the email or go to our Somnee Product Page: https://somneesleep.com/products/smart-sleep-service-membership
  3. Add the Somnee Smart Sleep Bundle (Headband + annual membership) to your cart
  4. Checkout using the gift card code in the email (We will ask for card information to keep on file, but you will not be charged until renewal)
  5. Your Somnee will arrive in 5-10 days! In the meantime, download the app and activate your account with the email you used during checkout to explore the app and get ready for your journey to more restorative rest.
