I purchased Somnee for myself and someone in my household - how can we get started?Updated 2 months ago

If you selected “ship to same address” at checkout (the default selection), your headbands will be delivered to the provided address. 
Your first headband already has an active subscription, linked to the email address you used at checkout.

Your additional headband(s) does not yet have an active subscription. Instead, you would have received a digital gift card on your email address, worth $160 i.e. one year of the Somnee membership. 

To activate the second membership, start by sending the $160 gift card to your partner. Then your partner can follow these steps:

1. Copy the gift card code, which can be forwarded from the purchaser’s email address.
2. Visit this page on the Somnee website and select ‘annual membership’.
3. Enter your unique email address and payment details and finish checking out. 
4. Download the Somnee app and log in using the same email address used at checkout. 

Note: Your partner’s annual membership is already paid for, but we need a credit card on file to activate it. They won’t be charged, except any overages for taxes depending on your state.
