How do I read stim reportsUpdated 2 months ago

When you don't wear your Somnee headband overnight and have clean, consistent sensor contact, you'll receive a stim report that breaks down how effective your 15-minute neurostimulation was in preparing your mind for more restorative rest.

The stim report will appear under the 'sleep' tab of your reports page. At the top of the report, you'll see a circle showing your completed pre-stimulation EEG+ 'snapshot' and your post-stimulation EEG+ 'snapshot.' In the center, you'll see your overall sleep readiness score. This reflects Somnee's estimation, based on your post-stimulation EEG+ brainwave snapshot, of how prepared your brain is to experience overall more restorative rest.

As you scroll down, you'll see additional scores:

Sleep readiness score
(your brain's preparedness for a night of high-quality, restorative sleep)

Sleep onset score
(your brain's preparedness to fall asleep faster)

Sleep maintenance score
(your brain's preparedness to sleep soundly through the night, with fewer interruptions)

Sleep depth score
(your brain's preparedness to enjoy high quality deep sleep)
