How do I pair a replacement headband with my account?Updated 2 months ago
If you receive a replacement Somnee headband, here's how to pair it with your account:
Open the app. From the homescreen, click the Headband Icon in the upper left corner. Click "bluetooth," then click "unpair."
Make sure your old Somnee headband is not near your phone/device and is not on the charger for at least 5 minutes. (If your old Somnee is within range, your phone/device may re-connect your old Somnee headband instead of the new one.)
Ensure your new Somnee headband is charged. Then, press the power button on your new Somnee headband to turn it on.
Return to the app screen. From the homescreen, click on the "headband settings icon," then "bluetooth," then click "pair."
If you start a session after you've unpaired your previous headband, the Somnee App should automatically pair and connect with your new headband from now on.
